Never having posted a review before, today I felt I must. After losing power and needing a copy of a key to get into a... garage that uses only electric door openers with no other access, I rushed for help. Wes not only happily helped me after business hours, but never mentioned his business was closed. He pulled himself away from his current task without hesitation and took the time to find what I needed which was detailed and difficult. He insisted I leave without payment and on good faith - to be sure the key worked. Wes was kind and gracious, and it felt like doing business with someone generations ago who cared about integrity, trust and pride in their service and work. Wes (Hope Im spelling the name right) was really awesome and really helped me out of a bind. Other locksmiths said they... would take WEEKS to come out to help: he worked through the holiday (Thanksgiving) to get special parts that my lock needed for a mailbox, and made an extra effort to come out as quickly as possible. The whole replacement took less than half an hour, hopefully this doesn't happen again but this will be the first place I call!read more

I had Wes come out and put new locks on my home. He was on time and worked quickly. Even when one of the doors gave him... some extra work, he fixed the problem with no issues. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Well priced and worth the money. Will definitely call again for any future needs.read more
